Tool with a flat surface, used to finish the CONCRETE surface. Usually the last tool used to smooth the CONCRETE surface. Its use must be timed carefully. Should be used after the CONCRETE has lost its WEEP MOISTURE but before it loses all of its PLASTICITY.
