Flaw in a CONCRETE wall finish indicating air pockets remained in the mix where the CONCRETE failed to settle properly against the forms during the pour. These air pockets produce a result that resembles the pattern found in a honeycomb. Can be overcome by proper TAMPING and VIBRATION of the CONCRETE while it is in a highly PLASTIC state.
